Actions from the room
Mute
Stop a member from sending messages for a set time. They stay in the room and can still read.
Kick
Remove a member from the room. They can rejoin unless you ban them.
Ban
Block an account from the room permanently or for a set period. IP bans survive a nickname change.
Warn
Send a private warning that shows up in the moderation log without disturbing the room.
Delete message
Remove a single message. The permission decides whether staff can delete any message or only their own.
Pin message
Pin a message to the top of the room so everyone sees the rules or the current announcement.
Word filters
Write a list of words or patterns you do not want in the room. Messages matching the filter are held for review or rejected outright, depending on how you configure it. The filter applies to every message, including guest posts.
Link control
Suspicious URLs are held for review instead of posted raw. You can allowlist trusted domains like YouTube or Giphy so legitimate links go through instantly, while everything else waits for a moderator to approve or reject it.
The audit log
Every kick, ban, mute, rank change and message deletion is logged with who did it, to whom and when. The log lives in the control panel and is visible to any rank you allow. It is the single source of truth when something goes wrong.
